What's the difference between Free Guides and Credits?
Free Guides are the free weekly allowance on a free account, and they reset every Friday. Credits come with Pro plans and Credit packs and pay for each AI action, as shown above. A Pro account uses Credits instead of Free Guides.
How does the free trial work?
The Weekly plan starts with a 3 day free trial for new subscribers, including 4 tries of Scene Match, Improve Photo and Studio Edit. Your 20 weekly Credits arrive with your first paid week. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play settings before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Any Credits you still hold are kept, but frozen, and come back if you resubscribe within 3 months.
Can I get a refund?
All purchases are final, except where required by law or by App Store or Google Play policy. Refunds are handled by the store you paid through, and a refunded purchase removes the unused Credits it granted. If an image fails to generate, its Credit or Free Guide comes back automatically.
